Microwave


1. Remove tamper band from package.
2. Microwave on high, with lid on, for 4 ½ minutes.*
3. Let stand 2 minutes to complete cooking.
4. Carefully remove lid.

CAUTION: Container will be extremely HOT.

Settling may occur. Stir well before eating. Enjoy!

*Based on a 1200 watt microwave. Microwave ovens vary; adjustments may be necessary to cook thoroughly. IMPORTANT: For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165˚ before eating. Keep frozen until ready to use. Refrigerate or discard unused portion.

Cooked breaded chicken breast nuggets: Chicken breast with rib meat, wheat flour, water, corn starch, rice starch, contains 2% or less of the following: dextrose, salt, sunflower oil, rice flour, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), seasoning (sea salt, turbinado sugar, sodium carbonate, natural flavoring), yellow corn flour, spices, sugar, yeast, extracts of xanthan gum.
